ISBN stands for International Standard Book Number. It is a 13-digit number used to identify your book for commercial and industrial purpose. You will need different types for different formats for your book. If you are reading this that means you’re about to self-publish your book. That’s a good idea.
To get ISBN simply present:
1. Apply for it online at www.isbn.ac.ke/

2. You can download their instruction menu at Here
3. On the website, you have to sign up.
4. Then, you will be access the pane ‘ISBN Product’ which directs you to the place you can apply for ISBN.
5. Choose the quantity of books you need the ISBN for and you will get the price. Then, click on Add to carts
6. Verify your order, then click on ‘Complete and Checkout’.
7. You will be shown different methods of paying. Select the one that suits you and fill in the right information.
The price is between Kshs 1000-1500
